Under Armour hires two new board members

Sportswear model Under Armour has appointed Carolyn Everson and Patrick Whitesell to its board of administrators.
Considering that January 2023, Everson has been a senior advisor at the Permira personal equity firm. Prior to that, she served as president of Instacart and was vice president of Meta Platforms. Her job has also spanned promoting management positions at Microsoft and Viacom. In addition, she is a board member of The Walt Disney Organization and The Coca-Cola Firm.
In the meantime Whitesell is at present govt chairman of sporting activities and amusement enterprise Endeavor Group and previously served as its co-main executive officer.
Kevin Plank, Under Armour government chair and model main, mentioned:. “We are thrilled to welcome Carolyn and Patrick to our board of administrators. These two powerhouse executives, whose experience ranges throughout advanced brand method, media, technological innovation, promotion and athletics and entertainment management, will be a large collective source as we continue on to target on our international manufacturer and electronic development.”
Under Armour has also confirmed that Harvey Sanders will retire from Under Armour’s board on 31 March. As previously introduced, Stephanie Linnartz will be becoming a member of the firm as president, chief executive officer and a member of its board on 27 February.
