I’m being really selective on the advents I talk about this year as I just thing it’s all a bit over-saturated and confusing these days. EVERYONE is jumping on board the beauty advent hype and I’ll be honest….I just wanna know about the REALLY good ones so that is what I will share with you here! The ones with the decent savings, decent-sizes and really worth having. When you scratch beneath the surface on some of these beauty advent calendars, they can not all be what they seem in terms of the deal you are getting.

The Liberty’s beauty advent calendar is the O.G. It’s *the* one we always have wanted and it is hands down one of the best beauty advent calendars you can get your hands on in 2022. I remember living in London and visiting Liberty’s at Christmas time and always going to see the stunning advent on display …..wanting, wishing and lusting! Can you believe I STILL have never had a Liberty’s Beauty Advent Calender?! Maybe 2022 is the year I take the plunge my friends. I promise you it;’s not because it’s not totally worth it and incredible, but doing the job that I do I get sent a lot of beauty (including advents) so it seems a bit of a waste on me.

This year’s Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar is a stunning looking box as always. It’s quite hefty in size and is made from a hard (& hard-wearing) cardboard. On the outside is an illustration of the front of the iconic Liberty’s store (honestly it’s the prettiest store in London!) and within is a stunning peacock feather print adorned with gold details and numbering. It’s luxurious and what we expect from one of the best advents in the biz! Liberty’s will never disappoint us I don’t think.
Many people re-use and re-fill these which I love and they are also good for desk and makeup storage. They of course won’t last forever being cardboard but it’s great for a year or so.
